Sharpco Construction LLC has been building since 1979. Delhi, Louisiana is where it all started for Jerry Sharplin. After the townsfolk had their doubts, the first of many hotels to come opened in a former cotton field right off Interstate 20. The Best Western motel still stands to this day!
While many segments of construction interested both Jerry and his two sons, Jay and Christopher, nothing was more exciting and produced more income than building, developing, and operating midscale hotels.
With construction in his blood, Christopher Sharplin has continued to build, develop and remodel historic homes, real estate rentals, and hospitality lodging across Lousiana.
Sharpco Construction LLC has the experience and odd mix of management style to develop, build, and if desired hand over operations to our management company for any sized hotel, franchise or independent.
